OPENING OF A NEW WAREHOUSE IN BRAZIL

We created another customized solution for our customers by setting up a local warehouse near Fortaleza, Brazil. The warehouse is established in partnership with the logistic provider SNZ Soluções.

This strategic move aims to optimize the supply chain of high-quality glass fiber fabrics to Aeris, a leading Brazilian manufacturer of wind turbine rotor blades. The improved flexibility and speed of material deliveries will make it possible to better meet the increasing demands of the wind industry.

Since many years, SAERTEX is supplying the wind industry with innovative fiber composites that are used for ever longer rotor blades and larger wind turbines. Our multiaxial fabrics, also known as non-crimp fabrics, reinforce the webs, spars and shells of rotor blades, contributing to the efficiency and durability of these important components.

To optimize the supply chain and ensure faster and more flexible material delivery in Brazil, SAERTEX has now set up the new warehouse. "Due to the geographical distance of our SAERTEX production facility in Brazil, the new warehouse is a major improvement for us and our partners. We can significantly reduce delivery times and increase our efficiency," said Rocco Belforte, Managing Director SAERTEX Brazil.

We look forward to addressing the challenges of the wind industry together and continuing to offer innovative and sustainable solutions for lightweight construction.
