SAERTEX has developed a new generation of unidirectional fabrics made of carbon fibers - especially for efficient processing in applications with particularly thick laminates.
The flow-optimized carbon fabric enables excellent flow speed and impregnation properties thanks to short cycle times. This results in reliable components with high mechanical strength.

The highly developed fabrics are optimally adapted to the requirements of the wind industry. The textile constructions of Magic Flow UD are specifically designed to effectively support the spar caps of particularly long rotor blades in wind power. They also offer outstanding mechanical properties that are ideal for industrial applications such as Flettner rotors or wingsails.
