SAERTEX congratulates its customer Acciona on receiving the JEC Innovation Award 2016. Acciona received the award in the Infrastructure category for the world’s first lighthouse constructed solely from composite materials.
The 32 metre high lighthouse stands in the port of the Spanish city of Valencia and was constructed using carbon fabrics manufactured by SAERTEX. We spoke to the prize winners at the JEC WORLD Exhibition.
